Yomitomo

Get a WeRead API Key

WeRead sync requires a WeRead API key. After creating one, paste it into Yomitomo under Settings > Data Sources > WeRead and save.

Get the Key on the Web

Section titled “Get the Key on the Web”
  1. Open the WeRead Skill page.
  2. Click “Quick Configuration”.
  3. Sign in to WeRead.
  4. Create an API key in the API Key section. If you already created one, copy the existing key.
  5. Return to Yomitomo, paste the key in Settings > Data Sources > WeRead, and save.

Get the Key in the Mobile App

  1. Open the WeRead app and sign in.
  2. Tap the “Me” tab.
  3. Tap the menu in the top-right corner.
  4. Scroll through Settings and open WeRead Skill.
  5. Scroll to the API Key section.
  6. Create an API key. If you already created one, copy the existing key.
  7. Return to Yomitomo, paste the key in Settings > Data Sources > WeRead, and save.

Save It in Yomitomo

Section titled “Save It in Yomitomo”

In Yomitomo, open Settings > Data Sources > WeRead, paste the API key into the API Key field, and click Save. You can then test the connection to confirm the key works.
