Attempting to force Zotero to handle deep analytical distillation often leads to bloated libraries filled with unassimilated papers.

Answer: Yomitomo stores imported PDFs inside its local application directory. Given modern disk capacities and the substantial performance benefit of instant local full-text indexing, the minor storage usage of a few dozen PDFs is negligible.
